This notice describes the information collected when you request a takeover or submit a customer review using this website.
What we collect
We collect your player name, contact handle or email, requested service, description of your goals, and any screenshot files you voluntarily attach. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery information, or financial account details.
Why we collect it
We use it to respond to your inquiry, understand your RAID progression needs, and discuss relevant coaching or optimization services. We do not sell inquiry information.
Customer reviews
When you write a review, we collect your chosen display name, takeover content, review text and permission to publish. Submissions are stored privately using Netlify Forms and Netlify Blobs, and emailed to the site owner for review. Private decision links let the owner approve or reject a review; these links expire after 30 days. Only approved display names, review text and content categories are published. Avoid sharing account credentials or personal information in your review. Contact us on Discord to request a correction or removal.
Payments
PayPal processes payments through secure checkout on this website and may open a secure popup. We do not collect your PayPal password or card number. Our server sends PayPal your request reference and the payment amount in USD, then stores the PayPal order ID, transaction ID, payment status and any refund status to match the payment to your request. A payment is marked paid only after PayPal confirmation. Requests containing quoted services require an agreed final price before payment.
Where it goes
Requests and payment status are stored privately in Netlify Blobs. Uploaded screenshots are also stored privately with the order so the owner can view them directly in the authenticated orders inbox. A copy of each request, including uploaded screenshots, is stored in Netlify Forms. Request and payment notifications are sent to the owner’s designated mailbox. The owner’s orders page requires private authentication. PayPal and Netlify have their own privacy practices. We do not send your submitted data to Discord automatically.
Your choices
To request correction or deletion of a submission, contact us using the existing Discord profile for the.rust. We will handle requests to the extent within our control and applicable law.
Your saved plan
Your selected service IDs and quantities are saved in this browser’s local storage so your plan stays available across pages and visits. Use Clear plan in the popup to remove them. Contact details, account goals and uploaded images are not saved in browser storage. After a request is saved, this tab’s session storage keeps a private checkout reference, selected service IDs and payment status so you can return to checkout across pages. Start another plan removes that checkout reference from this tab.
Takeover assistant
The optional assistant answers questions about services and the takeover process. When its badge says AI assistant, your submitted question and recent chat context are sent through a Netlify server function to OpenAI to generate a reply. The request sets store to false, but OpenAI may still retain abuse monitoring logs under its own data controls. Read OpenAI’s data controls. When the badge says Quick answers, replies use the site guide instead of an AI model.
Recent chat messages are stored in this tab’s session storage to continue across pages, with a 30-minute inactivity expiry checked when a page loads. Use Clear chat to remove them or close the tab. Your request form, screenshots, payment details and saved plan are not automatically sent to the assistant. Do not share passwords, recovery codes or sensitive personal information in chat. The site does not intentionally log chat message contents or create a database of conversations; hosting providers may keep standard technical logs. AI replies can be inaccurate, so confirm account-specific details with the team on Discord.
Site analytics
This initial site package does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may retain standard technical logs.
